INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR THE GUESTS OF THE B&B LANA DI LANGA

Happy to welcome you, we invite you to read our internal rules.

The rules to be observed in the B&B are not only those provided by law but, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

1) The booking request can be made directly from the website or by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail.

You will receive from us a confirmation of the reservation by email, with all the information about the B&B and the payment methods.

The cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address info@lanadilanga.it and will have the following conditions:

– for cancellations or changes up to 10 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged;

– in case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained (at least 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid upon confirmation of the booking).

2) The balance of the reservation can be paid within the day of arrival by bank transfer or at the same time as the check-in in cash. It is also possible to pay by credit card with PayPal (in this case the guest has to pay the fee). In the event of early departure respect to the established date, no refunds will be made.

3) At the daily rate for your room, the amount of the tax of the municipality of Alba, equivalent to € 1.50 per night per person (excluding children under 10 years of age), will be added.

4) At the overall rate the fee for the tax stamp of € 2.00 will be added, if the total amount exceeds € 77.47.

5) At your arrival at the B&B, you must show us a valid identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) for the registrations required by law. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the penal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the B&B. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

6) Check-in – We will waiting for you from 17:00 to 21:00 p.m., unless different needs.

7) Check-out – Rooms must be delivered no later than 11:00 a.m.
We will have no problem keeping your luggage until the end of the day.

8) It is possible to accommodate animals, with some precautions agreed in advance.

9) In the breakfast area, breakfast can be consumed from 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. If necessary, different times can be agreed. In respect of the regional regulations in force, the products for the breakfast are packaged or purchased (in fact it is not allowed to serve products of own production). The breakfast is in self-service buffet style.

10) It is forbidden to consume food in the room and use your own stove. In accordance with regional legislation, as well as for reasons of safety and respect of other guests, the use of stoves is forbidded, but you can always use the microwave, the coffee machines and the kettle in the breakfast area: in these cases it will be your care to reorder the area at the end.

11) The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms are carried out daily and the change of bed linen and towels every three days.

12) On request it is possible to add a free cot for children 0/3 years old.

13) It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and common areas.

14) We inform you that the rooms do not have safety deposit boxes. Therefore we invite you to leave no effect of value unattended in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas. We invite guests to always close doors and windows. The B&B declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property left in rooms, bathrooms and common areas and for any damage to persons or things to and from third parties.

15) Any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the manager of the house.

16) It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and other guests, other than those residing there.

17) We recommend a correct and civil use of the toilets. Please don’t throw anything in the WC (please use the appropriate baskets).

18) It is recommended to turn off the lights and the air conditioners whenever you leave the room.

19) In accordance with the regulations of the B&B and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 13.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 8.00.
